Pest Control Preparation

The treatment will begin working immediately, excessive pests may continue to be seen for up to 6 weeks after treatment due to the chemicals disturbing the pests’ habitats.

It is advised to treat both inside and outside your property for best outcomes.

1.Pets, children and yourself

The chemicals used are not considered harmful, however, they should not be ingested. Please ensurePrior to your service please remove all food or water bowls and pet/children toys from the floor.

you wait until all chemical residue has dried, which typically takes approximately one hour before allowing children and pets to walk over or crawl across treated areas.

2.Accessibility

Please ensure you provide a parking spot for your technician in close proximity to the property. If you have stairs or a second floor please advise our team prior to arrival.

All accessible wall and roof cavities will be treated, ensure you create access to roof and wall cavities prior to arrival if possible.

3.Mopping

It is advised you mop prior to your treatment. After treatment is completed you are not able to mop for 7 days.

4.Warranty

If excessive pests return to treated areas within a 6 month period we will return and retreat the area free of cost. Warranty is voided if mopping occurs within 7 days of the treatment or technician’s advice is not followed.
