We never treat areas while patients or residents are present. We work in coordination with your team - treating sections before they're occupied, or scheduling entire facility treatments outside operating hours. Patient and resident safety is always the first priority.
After every visit we provide a signed service report including technician name and licence number, date and time, all areas treated, products used with APVMA registration numbers, pest activity observed, and recommendations. This document is accepted by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, ACHS and Queensland Health inspectors.
