Air Conditioning Cleaning

Our air conditioning cleaning services follow principles outlined in AS/NZS 3666.2:2011 (Air-handling and water systems of buildings—Microbial control—Operation and maintenance) and related hygiene and maintenance best practices. Internal system cleaning includes attention to coils, filters, drain pans, blower fans, and casing components, using industry-recognised chemical and non-chemical methods designed to optimise airflow and energy efficiency.
Where relevant, our treatments incorporate mould remediation protocols aligned with recommendations from the Australian Mould Guideline and National Construction Code for indoor air quality.
All A/C cleans are performed by trained personnel using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), with consideration to system age, design, accessibility, and observed contamination levels.
