What you get

Our Pesthouse Protect Essential Plus plan is designed for homes that need a higher level of treatment and ongoing support, including infestations and rodent activity.

We’ll complete your initial treatment, then continue to support and treat your home throughout the year.

Service schedule

Your plan includes:

  • 2 full treatments per year

  • 2 rodent top-ups included

  • Up to 3 additional return visits per year, if required (including rodent top-ups where needed)

If pest activity occurs:

  • Reach out and we’ll respond within 1 business day

  • If activity is outside normal expectations, we’ll organise a return visit

This plan covers ongoing pest issues and higher activity levels, not just general maintenance

What’s covered

We treat a wider range of pests, including:

  • Cockroaches (including German cockroaches)

  • Spiders

  • Silverfish

  • Fleas

  • Carpet beetles

  • Wasps (at initial treatment)

  • Ants (under managed treatment conditions)

Ant treatment (important)

Ants are included in this plan, however:

  • Effective control may require multiple treatments

  • A minimum of two treatments within 8 weeks may be needed

  • Treatment recommendations must be followed

This ensures proper control and avoids recurring issues

Rodent support

  • Rodent bait stations are installed and monitored

  • Your plan includes rodent top-ups as part of your scheduled and return visits

If activity continues shortly after treatment, we’ll reassess and adjust as needed

Plan limits (keeping things fair)

Your plan includes:

  • 2 full treatments

  • Rodent servicing as outlined

  • Up to 3 additional visits if required

If more than 5 total visits are required in a year, a specialised treatment program or upgrade may be needed

A couple of important things

  • This plan includes infestation-level support, but some pests require structured multi-treatment programs

  • If a recommended treatment plan isn’t followed, results may be limited

  • Some complex infestations may require a dedicated treatment program outside this plan

What’s not covered

This plan does not include:

  • Bed bugs

  • Mites

  • Flying pests (flies, mosquitoes, fruit flies)

  • Pest activity within personal belongings (mattresses, clothing, etc.)

  • Infestations requiring structured multi-treatment programs where the program is not followed

Minimum term

  • This plan has a minimum term of 9 months

  • Cancelling within this period requires payout of the remaining term

After 9 months:

  • 2 months’ notice is required to cancel
