Service schedule

Your plan includes:

  • 2 full pest treatments per year

  • Quarterly ant treatments (every 3 months)

  • 2 rodent top-ups included

  • Annual termite inspection

  • Additional return visits as required, including rodent support

Need us back?

If pest activity occurs:

  • Contact us and we’ll respond within 1 business day

  • If activity is outside normal expectations, we’ll organise a return visit

This plan includes ongoing support throughout the year

Return visit guidelines

  • Treatments require time to be effective

  • Return visits are spaced to allow treatments to properly work (typically up to 8 weeks between services)

As a guide:

  • Up to 6 total visits per year may be provided

  • Additional visits may require reassessment or a specialised treatment approach

What’s covered

We treat a wide range of pests, including:

  • Cockroaches (including German cockroaches)

  • Spiders

  • Silverfish

  • Fleas

  • Carpet beetles

  • Wasps (at initial treatment)

  • Ants (managed on an ongoing basis)

Ant treatment (included)

  • Ants are treated proactively every 3 months

  • Additional treatment may be provided where required

Designed for consistent, ongoing control

Rodent support

  • Rodent bait stations are installed and maintained

  • Rodent activity is monitored and adjusted during scheduled and return visits

If activity continues shortly after treatment, we’ll reassess and adjust as needed

Termite inspection (important)

  • Your plan includes one annual termite inspection

  • This is a visual and non-invasive inspection only

  • It does not include termite treatment or barriers

If termite activity is found:

  • We’ll provide clear recommendations

  • You’ll receive 10% off any recommended treatment

A couple of important things

  • This plan includes high-level treatment support, but some infestations require structured multi-treatment programs

  • If a recommended treatment plan isn’t followed, results may be limited

  • Some complex infestations may require a dedicated treatment program outside this plan

What’s not covered

This plan does not include:

  • Bed bugs

  • Mites

  • Flying pests (flies, mosquitoes, fruit flies)

  • Pest activity within personal belongings (mattresses, clothing, etc.)

  • Infestations requiring structured multi-treatment programs where the program is not followed

  • Termite treatments, barriers, or ongoing termite management systems

Minimum term

  • This plan has a minimum term of 8 months

  • Cancelling within this period requires payout of the remaining term

After 8 months:

  • 2 months’ notice is required to cancel
