Preparation for your A/C clean

What you need to do:

Move Furniture & belongings out from underneath your A/C unit(s)

Be prepared to run your A/C for up to an hour after the clean

Ensure dogs/pets are in the backyard or away from the A/C unit area

Ensure children are away from the A/C unit area

Further information

Be aware that there may be minor water drips down walls for first hour or two

Units will need to remain running for up to an hour after the service

To avoid injury to your family or our guys, we ask that children or pets such as dogs or cats are kept out of the way of *|TECH|*. This is due to the use of a ladder, *|TECH|* carrying heavy equipment and various chemicals.

Please ensure furniture and belongings are moved out from underneath the A/C - should furniture remain underneath the A/C, your technician will do his best to keep it protected with the use of a tarp, however, should damage occur, Pesthouse is not liable. If a ladder is not able to access the A/C unit due to furniture this may cause difficulty completing your service.
